What we are building, in order.
Three columns and no dates. Now is being built. Next is committed and not started. Later is real and unscheduled. Items move as customers tell us what matters, and every request sent from inside the app lands on the same board this page is drawn from.

Now
1In progress
Signing up without talking to us
Setting up an organization, a support brand and its mailbox end to end on your own. Pricing gets set before signup opens, and the early access list sees it first.
Next
5Committed, not started
Email logged on the record
Copy your own address on a message and it lands on the contact, the account and the deal it belongs to. The timeline that already carries notes and stage changes carries mail too.
Booking payments switched on
For businesses that take appointments: the card is saved when the booking is made and charged once the visit is finished, on your own Stripe account. The path is built and tested.
Dispatch switched on
Assign a provider and they get a private link with the job, the checklist and the address. They mark it complete from their phone, with no app to install and no seat to pay for.
Pay your crew from inside OtterFront
Payouts already group by provider and week. This pays them out from that screen rather than leaving you to move the money somewhere else.
Jobs that assign themselves
Give each provider their own capacity and service area, and a new booking goes to whoever can take it. You keep the override.
Later
8On the list, unscheduled
Text-message reminders
Reminders to the customer and the provider by text as well as by email, for the people who never open their inbox.
Calendar sync
Booked jobs on the calendar you already keep, so a visit and a dentist appointment cannot land on the same hour.
Customer accounts
A login for your customers, so they can see their history and book again without retyping anything.
Deposits, coupons and tips
Take a deposit up front, run a referral credit, and let a happy customer add a tip when the job is done.
Ask for the review
A request that goes out after a finished visit, pointed wherever you want the review to land.
Rules that do the following up
When a lead sits untouched, when a deal changes stage, when a job finishes: a rule that fires instead of a task you have to remember to make.
A dashboard you can dig into
Pick your own date range, save the views you keep rebuilding, and click a bar to get the list of records behind it.
An app on the home screen
Every screen already works on a phone in a browser. This is the real installed app, for the people who want one.
